Background/Aim. About 10% of patients diagnosed with systemic cancer leads to the appearance brain metastases in central nervous system. Diseased lungs, breasts, urinary and digestive tract as well melanoma skin, are increasingly treated by neurosurgeons due their dissemination creation secondary deposits brain. Methods. The retrospective study was performed at Clinic for Neurosurgery Oncology period from 2018 2020. 111 solitary changes 122 multiple were examined. Results. It found that more common primary lung cancer, while single adenocarcinoma, but adenocarcinoma died a significantly higher number. Conclusion. Surgery radiation remain cornerstone therapy symptomatic lesions; We should strive improve surgical techniques direction less damage surrounding healthy tissue. Radiosurgery, VBRT radiation, basic form treatment metastases.
